Terms and conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all quotes and agreements with Stockwell B.V. The main points are set out below in plain English.

In brief

• Minimum term 8 weeks; after that you pay per week for the pallets in storage.
• Pallets up to 2.20 m high and 1,000 kg, and suitable for storage in racking.
• No hazardous substances, perishable goods or goods that require a licence, unless agreed in writing.
• Stockwell has a right of retention: goods are released once outstanding invoices have been paid.
• Liability is limited in accordance with the applicable standard terms; insuring the goods is the owner's responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.
• Monthly invoicing, payment within 14 days.
