Leasing or expanding a warehouse of your own is a big commitment. You are tied to floor space, a long lease and room that sits empty in quiet months. At Stockwell you only pay for the pallets actually in storage, from €2.00 per pallet per week, excl. VAT.
That keeps your costs in line with your stock. When a big shipment or a busy season is coming, you store more pallets. When things calm down, you have pallets sent out and your bill drops with them. After the 8-week minimum term you pay by the week.
Our warehouse is on Urban Logistics Campus A12 in Bleiswijk, between Rotterdam, Zoetermeer and The Hague. That puts your stock close to the port and to your customers across the Randstad.

Why pay per pallet instead of per m²?
Because you only pay for what is actually stored. With rent per square metre you also pay for space that stays empty.
Can I change the number of pallets along the way?
Yes. You can send pallets in or out whenever you like, and you pay each week for the pallets in storage at that time.
What is the minimum term?
The minimum term is 8 weeks. After that you pay by the week.
Where is the warehouse?
On Urban Logistics Campus A12, Klappolder, in Bleiswijk, between Rotterdam, Zoetermeer and The Hague.
