From arrival to dispatch
With fulfilment you outsource everything that happens after purchasing: Stockwell receives your goods in Bleiswijk, stores them, picks and packs your orders, prepares the shipments and processes returns. If your cargo arrives loose in a container, we unload and palletise it first.
Because fulfilment runs in the same warehouse as our pallet storage, stock moves from bulk storage to order picking without leaving the building. There is no second party involved and you have one point of contact. The warehouse is on Urban Logistics Campus A12, between Rotterdam, Zoetermeer and The Hague.

What does fulfilment include?

Can I combine fulfilment with pallet storage?
Yes. Your bulk stock is stored on pallets in the same Bleiswijk warehouse where the orders are picked, so nothing travels back and forth between sites.
What happens to returns?
Returns are received and checked. They then go back into saleable stock or are set aside, as agreed with you.
How much does fulfilment cost?
That depends on your order volume, your products and the packaging. You receive a custom quote, usually within one working day.
